雙敏感膜與高純水ph計電極
雙敏感膜 pH 電極
對傳統的 pH 電極而言,氯堿過程中的測量環境是非常惡劣的。電極將面臨高溫,各種化合物造成的隔膜堵塞和中毒。氯通過膈膜擴散至參比電極內,并侵蝕參比系統。這會導致 pH 測量值不準確,并縮短傳感器使用壽命。梅特勒-托利多的 InPro 4850 i 是一款復合pH 電極,其參比電極是可測量介質(鹽水)中的鈉離子濃度的鈉玻璃膜電極。通過計算 pH 玻璃電極與鈉參比電極之間的電位差得到 pH 值。鈉參比系統對于氯與其他氧化劑的耐受能力很強。這使得傳感器非常適用于氯堿生產過程中的苛刻條件。將模擬信號轉換為數字信號可確保絕佳的信號完整性與穩定性。
